Whelks FR

These sea snails are prepared for eating; no further handling required. Eat them as soon as you can with a special sauce or mayonnaise. Pull a snail from its shell using a toothpick, dip it in the sauce and enjoy. Snails can also be used to prepare salads (we recommend removing snails from shells and rinsing them in water beforehand, since small shell chips may still remain).
